Food Hygiene

Good quality Food Safety/ Hygiene results in satisfied customers ,fewer complaints , higher staff morale and less food wastage

In 2006, new EU legislation introduced HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) legislation into the UK.
This required a review of food safety training to combine the old ‘Basic Food Hygiene’ training with HACCP.
